Aqua/Water/Eau, Polysorbate 20, Propanediol, Odor Neutralizer/Neutralisant d’odeurs, Commiphora Myrrha Resin Extract, Usnea Barbata (Lichen) Extract, Sodium Levulinate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid.

Pet Shampoo & Skunk Odor Neutralizer

Aqua/Water/Eau, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, Odor Neutralizer/Neutralisant d’odeurs, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, Tocopherol, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Sodium Gluconate, Sodium Levulinate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid.

Instructions

Step 1

Before using this product, remove all visible yellowish skunk spray first by rinsing pet’s coat 3 times with clean water.
If cat has skunk spray in eyes or mouth, consult a veterinarian immediately. Then use the Skunk Odor Neutralizer for Pets (Step 1 of 2) to neutralize the odor. Spray enough product to completely saturate entire coat, avoiding the eyes. Massage into entire coat, including head. Wait 15 minutes. Do not rinse coat.

Step 2

Apply small amounts of undiluted Pet Shampoo & Skunk Odor Neutralizer directly to still-wet coat. Massage into a rich lather over entire coat, including head. Leave product on 20 minutes, then rinse with cold water. To treat heavy skunk spray, wait an additional 10 minutes before rinsing.

Bonjour, nous avons acheté le duo (neutralisant et shampoing), malheureusement l’odeur revient quand notre chien est mouillé 😔
et ce même après avoir refait un deuxième traitement.
Le vaporisateur est très difficile à utiliser, (difficile de faire sortir le neutralisant en quantité suffisante) peut être serait-il préférable un vaporisateur à gâchette plutôt qu’a pompe !

L'odeur ne devrait pas réapparaître lorsque le chien est mouillé. Avez-vous bien retiré tout le liquide jaunâtre du pelage de votre animal ? Il est possible que le liquide ait atteint l'épiderme de votre chien, et dans ce cas, il est malheureusement très difficile de l’éliminer complètement. Les molécules d'urine de moufette sont particulièrement résistantes, même avec nos produits. L'odeur est-elle présente sur tout le corps de votre animal ou principalement autour du visage ?

Concernant le vaporisateur, il est vrai que notre bouteille actuelle n'est pas compatible avec un pulvérisateur de plus grande taille. Cependant, vous pouvez transférer le contenu dans une bouteille qui correspond mieux à vos besoins.

Do I need to rinse the animal before applying the products?

If the animal has received yellowish liquid from the skunk, you absolutely must rinse the animal's coat 3 times with clear water. Why do you need to do this? Yellow skunk liquid is highly irritating to the skin and can cause severe reactions. What's more, if the liquid touches your pet's epidermis, the smell will be very difficult to get rid of.
So, to avoid any complications, we recommend rinsing your pet at least 3 times with clear water before applying our products.
